I spent my early years up until the age of 30 travelling and working around the world in a variety of interesting jobs. My desire to travel was born out of a yearning  to experience and understanding different cultures, mindsets and belief systems. My lifelong desire to understand the mind and what it is to be human took me to countless workshops, conferences and lectures on philosophy, psychology and consciousness. I soon realised that the core theme always seemed to be the subconscious mind. The subconscious underpins our decision making, beliefs and how we interact with others.

I felt compelled to learn more and deepen my understanding so I decided to return to the UK to train and gain qualifications in the field of Hypnotherapy and psychotherapy.

Ten years ago I trained with Peter Delves Associates in Ericksonion Hypnotherapy & NLP, and subsequently discovered the IAPH. I was struck by their absolute professionalism.

The IAPH is a non-profit making organization and as a member I have followed a course of training in Psychotherapy, Analysis and Hypnosis which enables me to specialize in 'Pure Hypno-Analytical' Therapy. I have absolutely no doubts as to the effectiveness of pure hypno-analysis in permanently resolving many, psychological, stress related and emotional symptoms, as opposed to temporarily reducing symptoms. I consider myself very fortunate to be able to work in this exiting and dynamic field.

As one of the few therapists in the area specialising in Pure hypno-analysis, I am constantly updating and developing my skills with the IAPH. With ongoing and continuous professional development (training) I receive quality supervision and have a second to none support structure.
